      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2019

      Interview

My first interview it became very clear that they had no intention of taking my application seriously when I was asked, "So tell me your life story. How did you get where you are today?". The second interview I had, the lady said she needed a week to reach out to the hiring team. She ghosted me for 3 weeks before finally sending me a do not reply email. The third time applying I was immediately sent a rejection notice within an hour. I've been through this process a number of times and I have to say this was the most unprofessional interview process I've encountered. I had even organized an event for this company's executives twice and was not even considered longer than an hour for Global Meetings Operations Coordinator position after 2 interviews. If they contact you for an interview don't bother getting excited and expect the worst.
