Basically they ignore and don't respond to your applications for months. I had to connect through linkedin with the recruiter in order to get an interview. Interview made just for justify the wage of the philosopher (a philosopher who believes to be a recruiter, what a joke!). Pretty silly and superficial questions and in the end he tried to belittle me and my qualifications. Also said that my Italian and English weren't good! Well, at least I know that I will never want to work in a company with rude and unprofessional people. Thank you! Furthermore, given the questions I understood that they spy your social networks! The entire process is unnecessarily long( 4-5 months and 5 stages )in order to justify the wages of the hr department! You aren't NASA or EU COMMISSION!!!

Question 1
When did you get you English certificate? Given that the recruiter isn't able to do an entire conversation in English implies that the Cambridge qualification has an expiration date (??). Don't waste your time with them, If you didn't study at bocconi they will make fun of you, your qualifications and your southern accent. No connections no party!
2 rounds of 2 case interview. Starting with project leader / principal for round 1 then round 2 is MDPs. Typical case interview. Cant remember exactly what case but the cases are different, there is no case bank

Good very good but hard. Need to study beforehand. Difficult question, need elaborate answrr. Case study is hard and demanding. But at the same time its fun and really train you train of thoughts how you should think etc
