Very structured and well executed process. 2 weeks between rounds.
1. Online numerical test (calculators allowed - not hard but worth practicing beforehand)
2. First round: 2x 45 min interviews with PLs
3. Final round: 3x 45 min interviews with 1 Principal, 1 Partner & 1 Senior Parter
