Interview process was extremely long and there was a huge gap in communication regarding next steps, feedback, etc. The folks who conduct the interview are all outside of US so everything is done via video calls where you have to contend with BCG partner's knowing how to use technology effectively.
2 interviews, 1 conversation, very quick decision. They weredirect and clear about what they wanted, they asked targeted questions and detailed the concerns and main focus areas of the role

Interviewer doesn't have even looked CV, and asking random question while he was driving, fortunate I was spared from such a unprofessional company who don't even know how to take interview for a senior profile.
