I applied online in September 2019. I was contacted after a few days. The total process took about 2 weeks. People are gentle at first, but as soon as you enter the case interview, dont expect nice responses. After two interviews, I got an offer from another consulting firm. So I stopped the process with BCG and accepted the offer.

Fácil pero con tiempo limitado. Se requiere estudiar un poco business cases. Lo malo es que es digital y nadie te evalúa solo las respuestas. Entonces testa directo ciertas habilidades en específico.
Great experience at the interview. All interviewers were very nice and open to discuss anything. The cases were challenging but appropriate for the type of work you are interviewing for. I would recommend people to apply there.
