My interview process consisted of four rounds: the first with a recruiter, two with the team and the manager, and a final interview with a senior-level manager. My initial interview with the recruiter went very well. They were friendly, informative, and focused primarily on my experiences and cultural fit during the HR round. At the end of the interview, they provided a helpful overview of the next steps in the process. For example, they advised me to highlight my experience in a specific area during my interview with the manager, which I found incredibly valuable. However, it has now been about three weeks since I last heard from BCG, despite following up for an update. While my experience started on a positive note, the lack of communication and delay has unfortunately soured the overall impression.
