Interview
Had the first round interview where I did the Casey bot case. It was multiple choice and very similar to the practice case. I was then scheduled for a separate fit interview. The interview asked me about my past experiences and behavioural questions. He also helped coach me on parts of my experiences that were strong and parts I should focus on for the next round. The next round was with two interviews w partners. Small fit part with questions like tell me about a time you failed as a leader. Focus was on the case which was fairly easy but heavy on the math and finance portion.

Fácil pero con tiempo limitado. Se requiere estudiar un poco business cases. Lo malo es que es digital y nadie te evalúa solo las respuestas. Entonces testa directo ciertas habilidades en específico.
Great experience at the interview. All interviewers were very nice and open to discuss anything. The cases were challenging but appropriate for the type of work you are interviewing for. I would recommend people to apply there.
