Interview
Two 1:1 interviews, 45 min each. 2 fit questions for each interview, followed by a case. Whole process was very professionally done, but had a tougher time connecting with the interviewers. Be very prepared for the fit questions, they try to throw out curve balls.

Cases were both in healthcare - market entry and increasing profitability.
Unusual fit questions - tell me about how you deal with ambiguity, what industry would you want to work in if you join BCG and what space within that do you think BCG should occupy more of.

Interview
Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you felt you had to compromise on your values.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
