Interview
I had two 45 minute back to back interviews. Both interviews started with a quick behavioral interview followed by a case. The behavioral were standard leadership, team work, challenging situation type questions. No curve balls here. The cases were pretty straight forward, although very comprehensive. Each case had 3-4 exhibits.

Why BCG? Why Consulting? Example of dealing with ambiguity. Example of dealing with a challenging situation.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
