Post-MBA intern role. Had an online case for first round and then invited to a virtual decision round. First interviewr had bad internet and it was difficult to understand what he saying. I had to ask him to repeat things and it was clear he weas getting annoyed. Gave me a very difficult case with false information on an exhibit that I had to deduce was false which is insane and not something I had ever seen in a case before. Second interview was much better and straight forward, the person was nicer and the case was more clear. Did not get the offer, was told on a feedback call that you needed to nail both interviews to get the offer and I only nailed the latter. I think a lot of this process is driven by luck and sometimes you just don't vibe with the interviewer. Oh well, grateful for the opportunity!
