Upsides: amazing interviewers, very accommodating and helping to demonstrate your full potential. I appreciated their openness to my questions which they answered at greater than expected length.
Downsides: very lengthy process, though I am used to avrg of 5 interviews with big corps, the whole process took around 2-3 months
