My first round interview was scheduled 4 months in advance. On the day before or of the interview, there is a cognitive test which is used to supplement the interview as an assessment tool, but does not determine any outcome. The interview itself consists of a fit and a case part, with the fit using quite atypical questions to tease out certain character traits and their compatibility with BCG.

round 0 is the regular test they give you. round 1 is chatbot test + the in person interview with the consultant, round 2 is 2 partners that you interview with. it's not very unconventional cases.

Round 0 had an assessment, round 1 had 1 case with a human then 1 case with a chatbot. The cases weren’t too complicated mostly revolving around profitability and break even pricing, but the subject matter was niche.
