I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
The hiring manager was very communicative and helpful with all the questions I had about the position and the interview process. We quickly scheduled a meeting to talk to the Ops Manager and existing OE specialist after I made a good impression on the hiring manger. The offer was quickly sent after my interview with the employees (which was same day, in person and back to back)! It was a great experience and very fast.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2022
Interview
The whole interview was great from beginning to end. I think the company sounds like it has a good work culture and they seem to value their employees. I was bummed that I did not receive an offer from this company.
