I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Baku, Baku)
Interview
Review application after 2 weeks.
Online Chatbot Case + 2 rounds of interviews. Each round has two interviews (which means 2 cases). I don't think the cases are extremely difficult, if you are competent, you should be able to do it. You have to. However, I am skeptical about the transparency of the interview process. At least 2 new hires were the fiances of the existing employees (got married after they were hired). Another new hire worked in the same building with them. I doubt if these people knew the interview cases beforehand by using their connections. I never worked there, so can't accuse them. However, I believe the head office should do some serious checks.

Interview
Great learning experience. Interviewers were candid about the nature of the roles. Great support from HR, with prompt feedback after each round. There are many online resources to help with case interviews.

I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you felt you had to compromise on your values.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
