BCG did not take the interview process seriously, their interviewer did not join the scheduled interview and neither rescheduled it, they made me wait on zoom call for over 15 mins before I dropped. The recruiter downplayed and normalised this behaviour citing it as a normal phenomenon to ask for candidate’s time but then not join the call because of client meetings. In all interviews their principal or director put me on hold to take customer call in between the interview. The partner did not even bothered to turn the video on. They took over 4 months to interview me and did not even have the courtesy to tell me I didn’t make it. Overall it was a horrible experience from day 1 but I trusted the process and continued to see if it gets better but it only got worse. BCG needs to treat the candidates better else the brand name means nothing. I had hoped for a better interview experience.

HR was amazing for scheduling the sessions. Interviews were really smooth, the people were really kind and at the beginning clearly explaining what they are expecting from you in that session.
