Interview
El primer paso del proceso es un assesment virtual. Se presenta un caso de negocio y en 35 minutos se deben contestar 8-10 preguntas. ( opción múltiple o a desarrollar) al finalizar se tiene una sola oportunidad para responder un video de 1 minuto respondiendo a una pregunta.

Interview
Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you felt you had to compromise on your values.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
