Applied through Linkedin. Took 4 months for them to respond. First conversation was with HR. It was very cryptic. Did not have many questions was more of a scheduler. Scheduled an interview with the hiring manager 2 weeks out. Interview went well had a lot of questions, mostly on relationship. He got a testy when I asked about his management style and how he handled conflict and priorities. He said the next step would be to talk to his peers. After a week I followed up with HR by email and phone. No response. Follow up with the hiring manager, no response. It been 4 weeks now with no word.
