Phone screen with the hiring Director, interview with the Director and a member of the team and a final interview with 2 people that would be my peers. I enjoyed speaking with the Director and the team, I think I would have been a perfect fit. When I was offered the position the HR manager said he called and left me a message n an email. I did not receive a call or a message. When he wrote me he didn't put any thought into it especially since he didn't capitalize the first letter of my name. I called him after receiving his email he told me he would call me right back an hour later he called and gave me the offer- I had to ask several questions about benefits and paid time off. I spent time preparing and educating myself about BMC and the HR representative couldn't have been bothered. Also, I fet for my experience the offer was lower than I was looking for, I would have accepted even a little more but again the HR person couldn't have been bothered. It's too bad I couldn't negotiate the new Director and team seem like they will be very successful.
