I interviewed with 3 people and didn't hear anything, so I reached out to HR who told me they were pursuing another candidate. When I asked for feedback, I was told she "may have spoken too soon" and would be in touch. After another couple weeks of no updates, I reached out to the hiring manager, was asked to submit an example of a presentation, and then was asked to submit references. I was asked to interview with 1 additional person after my references were complete, and was told I would hear within 2-3 weeks. I reached out again 3 weeks later and got a very generic response saying they are pursuing another candidate. The process took about 3 months and was probably the worst interview experience I've had.
