I was set up an initial interview with a HR recruiter, who did not show up. Only after writing the recruiter was there follow-up. This repeated with the hiring manager, not once, twice, or three times. The hiring manager missed 4 appointments. This is the least professional recruiting process I've dealt with in over 30 years.
