Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Initial phone screen with the recruiter. First interview with hiring manager and sales rep. Second interview with manager of another division. Took a Challenger assessment at home. Third interview was a field ride with a rep. Had some homework assignments on product and industry knowledge including presenting a business plan. Fourth and final interview was with the National Sales Director. A lot of steps but a fairly painless process and everyone was fantastic.
