1) A call from the HR included basic questions regarding my professional career.
2) A technical phone interview with the hiring manager included some technical questions.
3) A skype interview with the Hiring Manager and his co-workers full of technical and analytical questions.
4) A phone interview with the HR manager with personality (STAR based) questions.

Talking to the HR staff was easy - they were friendly and courteous. Interview questions were straight forward and not meant to trick you. Professional and felt like I was heard.

Interview
It was really good. I met with Human Resources and Quality Managerat the same time. The questions were really logical and in English. They introduced themselves and then, I started to introduce myself. They return me negative unfortunatelly.
There were Two interviews consisting of competency based questions which lasted on average 1 hour each. There were two people present at each interview. The STAR format was recommended. There were about 6 competency based questions asked.
