I had 3 different but essentially same get to know interviews with 3 different people on the hierarchy (manager, director, vice-president). The process was very long, almost three months and I had the impression that the 3 people weren't communicating with each other during the whole process which contributed to the slow process. I had to email them to remind them to schedule the interview and ask for updates. I was (or so I was told) in the final round of interview (from 15 people down to 3) only to be ghosted after the final interview. Very unprofessional and unnecessary long process
