I felt left in the dark for most of it. There was very little communication from Boston Scientific in regards to what the timeline was. When the interview was scheduled, it was very rushed. There were several candidates interviewing that day. Each only had half an hour to interview with 2 employees at a time. Boston Scientific allowed the perspective employee to ask 1 question per half hour interview. Boston Scientific did not follow up with those they chose not to hire.

It was great. Only one interview (in person). Exactly what you would expect, lots of STAR questions and very welcoming. The questions were very related to the suitability of the job role and it lasted around 30 mins.

The interview was not super structured. i talked through my resume and they asked questions about it and followed by behavioral questions. General questions like what would you do with a difficult co-worker? or how to you prioritize tasks?
Ghost candidate , was dating a 2nd interview time, but HR disappeared and ghost me suddenly, everything was going great and smooth. So confuse. No one I can find and follow up, don't know what are they doing
