Interview
Great process. Typically 3 panel interview with lots of situational questions. Lot of focus on culture fit and organisation structure. 30 minutes interview scheduled using AI assistant. Many hiring managers will prefer marketing or product management experience in other firms.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward; you met with 4-5 ppl. Unfortunately, each person you interviewed had a different perspective on what the position's high priorities. It was difficult to get a clear understanding on what skill set they were looking for in this position

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
I applied through the company website. A recruiter contacted me 3 weeks after my application for a screening interview. The screening went very well and she said to me she'd get back to me in three days. Three days became a week due to a high volume of applicants, and after a chaser she told me I'd have to wait for another week. In the end I was just ghosted. Quite a disappointing process considering Boston Scientific reputation as a very good company.
