Boston Scientific interview questions

Super easy- resume drop, was contacted by recruiter ~1 week later with interview times, one round of phone interview with 2 hiring managers - all very easy Q's, behavioral and "why do you want to work here" and Q's about my background.

It took a very long time. Not a strong suit for Boston Scientific. When someone applies for a position, at least finding out sooner than later if they are a candidate would be a plus not 3 months down the road and then finally be offered the position.
