Applied online by submitting CV and cover letter. Followed by a phone interview then assessment day. Assessment day held in Reading (not in actual office), there were 4 stages and it was quite a long day. Started of with an introduction to the company and there was about 30~ people. There was little down time between tasks, there were quite a few current graduates on the scheme present. It took a while for them to get back, they do provide feedback but very vague. And they did not elaborate when asked for more feedback.
