Interview
Interview process was totally backwards having the 3rd interview as the technical one. 2nd interview was told to provide proof of address and ID as soon as possible as I had the job pretty much, but then a 3rd interview from a stakeholder over ruled the director and ops manager. Never had such a badly setup interview process. It seems they want highly skilled employees, but don't want to pay for them.

I had a phone inter view and and then followed by a face to face interview. the process was a bit smooth and interviewer was friendly and makes you feel comfortable.
