I made it through the initial phone screening process, and advanced toward to the next level, which was a phone interview with the Senior Manager of Client Services. She was very nice and polite. She spent quite a bit of time asking me about my previous work experiences. Then she focused on the position I was applying for - she asked me who I think Box's competitors are? What is the most important aspect of Client Services? What do I want to work as a Client Services Associate? and other questions along these lines. It was a very pleasant process - everyone was very nice and encouraging.
