I took interview with their consultant lead via phone as a first. He set up the meeting that was comfortable time for me in spite of his Friday night. It seemed to check my English skill. He asked some general questions which were not technical. The meeting was finished within 20 minutes. In second interview with a SE in Japan. He also asked some general questions. Amazingly he did not hear any feedback from former interviewer and he told his negative things for their product and company. For example, their security functions are poor comparing to other applications and CM is not a type of person who gives strong pull, the entire interview process would be longer than what he took etc. When I think back the interview, he could say such things because he did not like me. I felt that lack of communication with HQ and lack of respect with co-workers. Finally I could not move forward to the next process because they were not confident that I understood their value proposition (according to recruiter). This reason was surprised for me because they did not ask about their value propositions in the interviews. I was quite enthusiastic about their solutions, but disappointed to the company with this experience.
