Interview
Contacted by are recruiter. Went through 30-minute initial phone screen where I was asked about my background. Next round was a virtual on camera interview with the hiring manager. The call seemed to go well -- great rapport. I was told my experience was exactly what they were looking for and to expect a call from the recruiter for next step interview with VP. Instead, I received a form email saying they had hired someone who was already farther in the process.

Walk me through a deal you closed from start to finish.
Good and informative they always communicated with me within one or two days about next steps and clearly outlined help to be successful with the interview - they are professional and kind and quick
The process included several virtual rounds that felt professional and friendly. It felt very conversational, and the panel role-play was engaging and well organized. Everyone I met was nice, though real-time feedback was limited and timelines could’ve been clearer. Overall, positive experience.

It was thorough but transparent and quick. From start to finish it was about 3 weeks. While I was not offered the role, I made it through the final interview, so this time frame does not include the time to draw up and send an offer.
