I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BoxLunch (Johnson City, TN) in May 2019
Interview
I originally applied for the key holder, was interviewed for the sales associate position. I felt I was overdressed for the interview after reading about their dress code and what they require you to wear. I even asked that as one of the questions and the interviewer confirmed what I had read, but she wasn't even dressed according to it.
I was a little too relaxed of an interview we went out to the food court in the mall and had the interview. They asked me standard questions and asked me to describe myself, and asked about what the references I put down would say. They let me know how many hours I would be getting a week which was 3-5 hours a week. Honestly why I am glad I was not offered the job as I was going to turn it down because it is almost an hour drive from where I live.
Honestly, the company needs to allocate more payroll for stores so they can have happy workers because I have seen a lot of negative reviews because of hours being way to low.
Applied online and got an email back within 3 days asking me to answer a few questions. Got another email back within a week saying they would like to set up an interview with me and to call them during their business hours to set up an interview.
Really chill asked questions about experiences my lifestyle and pop culture influences and other general interview questions really easy going and easy to understand and talk to asked fun and serious questions. Was a walk in after applying online and interviewed me on the spot.
