I applied online. I interviewed at Bozzuto (Washington, DC) in Feb 2017
Interview
Easy. 1st hirevue interview 2nd recruiter 3rd property managers the interview on the phone is lackluster and the questions are overwhelmingly generic. Anyone Joe and Jane can past that process. If your attractive they hire you
They asked me a lot of questions. She’s was very nice and easy to talk to, great conversation. I really liked them. I loved their energy and I would love to work in the environment they told me about. Seems like a great company to work for.
it was very smooth and quick. I applied and got reached out after 1 one, and got offer after 2 weeks of interview. Michelle was very sweet and made it easy throughout the process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bozzuto (Jersey City, NJ) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process is very long. You must keep reaching out to them so that they don’t forget about you with all of these candidates. After each interview ( there are 3 ) they don’t reach back out till 2 weeks later. I personally believe it’s worth the wait, but that all depends on your current situation. If you are looking to transition immediately i recommend you apply elsewhere.
