How do you see your role expanding over the first year?
Phone interview, then virtual interview. The process did take about a whole month start to finish. Recruiters were amazing and very helpful. I submitted an application through a recruiter who helped a lot
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bozzuto in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process took about a month. I completed a phone screening at first with a recruiter who was absolutely incredible. She had a friendly and positive aura that radiated through the phone. She went over the job description and my resume and asked standard questions. Next I had an additional interview with a Regional Manager who asked more technical questions related to the job. She seemed very knowledgeable about the company and the role. Lastly, I interviewed with the Property Manager and was offered the role. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview process but the team kept me up to date the entire time. Be prepared to provide at least 5 references. I am excited to start my role with Bozzuto!
I applied online. I interviewed at Bozzuto (Washington, DC) in Oct 2020
