This was an interview to keep my job that I already had at a property Bozzuto was taking over. The interview itself was very cold and unwelcoming. Business-like would have been more comforting than what I experienced. The questions were almost all technical questions and they did a little fishing for information. They came in with the knowledge that they were a 3rd party management company for the properties and the ownership had already decided none of us were staying, so the interview was a waste of time and yet they kept us all waiting for weeks (one month time frame for the takeover) just to tell us all no.
