I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bozzuto
Interview
I talked to a couple of Engineers at Penn State Career fair. I followed back with them and got a phone interview 2 weeks later.
The next stage was a skype interview which lasted for around 45 minutes with the VDC Lead and Technologist in the company. They were really nice in the interview and seemed very friendly.
I was asked basic questions related to my resume and some technical stuff related to BIM. I was later asked to submit a BIM portfolio. The whole process took around 5-6 weeks.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bozzuto in Feb 2021
Interview
Everything took about a week. Got a call from HR about a week after applying online. Within a few days, I met my supervisors for the team I was joining. The offer was made the next day. Super smooth process!
