      Marketing Specialist Interview

      Sep 16, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Braille Institute (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2019

      Interview

The process is extremely long and inconvenient. You are required to conduct a phone interview, followed with a 2-hour in-person interview, and then another 3-hour in-person interview. I had to take two full days off work to attend these in-person interviews. The entire process felt disorganized and some of the employees you interview with, a total of 7, don't all act like they are happy to be there. One interviewer was disappointed when I said a social media marketing campaign I drafted took three months to draft. He said he would need a campaign idea finalized in a matter of weeks. That may be possible, but you get what you put into it. It was a very bizarre experience that I would not want to go through again to another company.
