1st round- Technical test, reasoning tests and HR interview
2nd round- Interviews with CTO and CEO
People very friendly, with Mario Kart during lunch breaks. Wide ranging interview questions, from mathematical questions to asking about the book I was reading.

Question 1
Describe how to find local minima in unordered series of numbers
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Brainlabs (London, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was invited to an interview by the director.
Upon arriving, the person who was supposed to interview me wasn't at all prepared to interview me. I waited awkwardly in the open plan room until he found some time.
I was then told that they wanted me to complete a number of tests. This is fine, and not unusual for developer jobs, but in my experience, I've either been told in advance that this is happening, or it happens at a second round interview. In any case, this put me in an awkward position as what I had thought to be a short, initial meeting ran much longer. This was sloppy and disorganised, I had to reschedule a later appointment because of this.
I was also left sitting on my own for quite awhile after completion, it was as though they'd forgotten they were supposed to be interviewing someone. Granted, the company is young and this might be teething problems, but it came across poorly.
I also messaged to thank the interviewers for their time post-interview and never heard a word back. Busy or not, I think it reflects really poorly on a company if they can't be bothered to respond to someone who took the time to come to an interview, even if it is a rejection.
Overall, my impression was that they are disorganised and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
