Had a screening call with recruiter that lasted all of 7 minutes with her reading questions off a list, and then got scheduled for a second interview with the hiring manager 2 weeks later, which went well. I was then asked to schedule two more interviews after that and provided my availability to the recruiter who scheduled the calls outside of the times I provided. When I asked if we could reschedule within my availability, both calls were cancelled and I was told they would be rescheduled for the next week. I was then ghosted by the recruiter and got an email a week later from someone I had never met that they "were not moving forward with my application". It seems disorganized and disingenuous. All the emails were automated, and if they weren't , then they were short and unprofessional.
