Interview
It was not too complicated. You get a numerical test and competency test where you answer how you would react to scenarios. Then there is an Excel test which is easy, it is just sums, nothing complicated with Excel formulas. Finally there is a phone interview. It is a shame that they do not offer visa sponsorship even though they are licensed sponsors. They keep saying they will review their policy but it is obviously not true. I hope they change it soon because this policy is very discriminatory to international applicants and is the opposite of what diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity are.

Online Aptitude Test, followed by online maths test. Then there was a job-specific competency based test looking at Data on Google Sheets. Then you you speak to the HR team where you have a more traditional interview about your CV and skills.
