The interview process was very straightforward. One initial interview to learn more about your background, then an assessment interview with a group. I'm not a fan of group interviews. But this was for the academy so they put us in breakout rooms to work on a group project, do an individual data analysis assessment and then interview individually with a team member. I'm rating it neutral because the process took so long. My first interview was in August. Then I completed the assessment in September. In October they informed me I was waitlisted and they will let me know what their decision was in two weeks. But I didn't get my rejection until December. By then I forgot I even applied and didn't expect them to reach out 6 weeks later after telling me I was 'waitlisted'.
