Applied directly through their website, only CV was required. They got back to me in a few days and arranged the first round interview. Arrived in their office around noon, had lunch with their employees, it was very informal and you get an opportunity to speak to everyone. I was with another candidate and we had to do three tests. Two of which were just standard logical and numerical reasoning tests, lasting about 20 minutes each. The third test was unusual, in which the candidate had to read through a bunch of emails (which details tasks such as 2 hours meeting with X at Y) and arrange their days corresponding to those emails. Sometimes between the tests is an interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Overall a very positive experience, mostly due to the very open office culture.
