First stage interview was fairly straightforward with a few sections. Assessments on numerical, logical and organisational thinking (gmail/calendar) were completed on a computer, with a small chat with HR in between.
Second interview had me write a bit of code to manipulate a csv file, with a time limit of 45 mins (but with the ability to google, which is a great thing to allow). Following that was an interview with the CTO asking me more technical questions in the realm of algorithmic complexity etc. (messed this up quite a bit). After that was a very short chat with the director which I imagine was just a quick personality compatibility check, as there was not a great deal of content in that final segment.
Overall, it was a good experience as the atmosphere at brainless seems great and everybody was incredibly friendly.
