I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brainlabs (London, England) in Nov 2016
Interview
Much better than most companies around. Quick, efficient and not uncomfortable. Two rounds. First round is a quick test on verbal reasoning and numbers. The former is quick fire, the latter is more conceptual than most. Both are pretty standard compared to normal corporate tests, but shorter. Second round has interviews for your dept, and then culture interviews

Question 1
The questions are not designed to be known/studies for before the interview.

Interview
A process involving CV submission, online tests, sending in a video, phone interview and an in person interview. The process was interesting and the employees I engaged with were friendly and helpful. However, I did not receive an offer and I was a little disappointed with the email I received telling me this. I know a couple of people who applied and received the same generic email which, when you have committed so much time to something and also money in order to get to the interview, is a bit disheartening. I also found the feedback was not something I could take with me to future interviews, which again is disappointing because I cannot draw upon this experience to benefit me at a later date.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brainlabs (London, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
Very relaxed, had lunch then completed two tests (maths and general reasoning). Tests slightly more involved than others, brush up on simple geometry and algebra and you will be fine. Then had an interview, standard q's asked about cv and company, and a few designed to gauge more about you as a person and other interests.
