Interview
I applied online by sending in CV
First round was 3 different tests: speed test, perception test and interpretation test. Not very hard.
Second round is 15 minute video interview. Very friendly- very much based on the handbook/culture, and how you would fit in.
Third round is sending in a video of you “teaching something in 2 minutes” can be anything. Also a maths test which is very GCSE based and unlike many other grad scheme maths test, but it is multiple choice.
Lastly invited into the office. Talk you through adwords and general info about PPC advertising. Did an excel task with someone where you have to make tables and graphs from the data available. Asked further questions relating to the data and PPC advertising. Don’t need to know much about PPC marketing though, they explain it to you.
Then had two short 10 minute interviews, one based on your CV and one more abstract one based on what makes you happy.
Everyone was very friendly but on the day I was there at least 15 people were interviewed, and they do that every Friday on a rolling basis. I think they are quite lenient with letting grads through the first 3 rounds, and so reject a lot of people at the final round. I think it would work better if they were more vigilant in the process before allowing most through to the final round. Also no feedback provided due to the amount of people interviewed.
Good luck!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brainlabs (Old Street, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Hiring process was very interesting and unconventional in a positive way. Interview process was rather uninspired in comparison and general. As part of the job, there is a fair amount of Microsoft Excel, so there was an Excel case study to carry out. This was set at an unrealistically simple level despite being led to believe that it would be more difficult, which I found threw me off completely and ultimately became my downfall.
