the interview was relatively easy but they do take a long time to get back to you. I found as well they seem to be confused about the logistics of the scheme. On the ad, it says that the scheme is a year but at the assessment centre it is apparently 2 years

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Brainlabs (London, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
After sending my CV, I got a few tests to do, mainly numerical.
Then followed a video to prepare to teach about something.
Then, a phone interview where the most important thing was to have read the handbook. Finally the interview stage at Brainlabs, starting with an Excel exercise and the HR interviews.
