The process was a little different to other agencies as it is all handled by an automated recruiter. Firstly I was sent an email with links to the timed personality and competency tests. After passing these I was given the opportunity to arrange a suitable time for my 'Culture' chat with a Brainlabs employee. An hour or so after the phone conversation I received a request for salary expectations and notice period from the automated recruiter. One working day later I received an automated email to say the position had been filled. I emailed their HR team a week ago for some feedback but still no reply. I guess they couldn't afford me.....a question that should have been asked from day one!!
