After the CV screening, there were a few (quite easy and fun) assessment tests, followed by a cultural fit phone interview, and two tasks: I had to film a video of myself and write an article. After all the steps, they invited me to an interview in London (i was flying in from a different country). After a few days they suddenly tell me they are giving up on the role, but we can still have the interview for a different role, of my choosing. However, after telling me about this, they never responded again. Seems like a cool company, but they clearly failed to show any respect or professionalism.

After sending my CV through I was then asked to do a few online tests. These were short but quite fun 'qualifier' tests assessing speed, verbal reasoning and judgement. Having passed that round I then had a phone interview to assess my 'culture fit' which lasted about 15mins. Unfortunately they then changed the job role/specifications and shortly after emailed me to say the role had been filled..
