The interview process seemed relatively chill in comparison to something like the fast stream. However, they really are looking for people from top universities - regardless of ability. They ask you questions like what is the meaning of life? Which is quite unusual- didn’t seem interested in my experience either just my grades and who I thought was the most organised person I knew. Finally they don’t tell you the salary until you are accepted. 21k is not enough to survive in a London - actually ridiculous.
