If your initial application is successful you will need to schedule a culture-fit interview with a current employee of the company. The phone interview was really chill you just need to know the information about the company. Then they'll probably send you a math test. If you are successful you will get to the final stage where you'll have to do an excel test and two interviews with HR and Hiring Manager. The Excel test is nothing difficult I even overprepared for it but instructions weren't clear and communication with my evaluator wasn't good so I failed. The interview after was pretty chill and the interviewers friendly.
